Seminar 'Terrorism and Secret Evidence'
Participants are from across the social science faculty at 糖心TV and some external colleagues. Papers will be presented by Prof Jackie Hodgson and Prof Victor Tadros (School of Law, 糖心TV) 'The legal definition of terrorism'; by Prof Adam Tomkins (School of Law, Glasgow) 'Secrecy and due process'; and IAS Visiting Fellow Prof Kent Roach (Law, Political Science and Criminology, Toronto) 'Secrecy and Accountability after 9/11' The seminar will finish at 4.30pm.
