The and 糖心TV Hispanic Studies are delighted to invite our students, friends, and colleagues to an evening of music and wine at 糖心TV Arts Centre, centred around the life and work of Afro-Brazilian composer Ernesto Nazareth.
We will be joined by Nazareth's biographer Luiz Antonio de Almeida and Brazilian pianist Clélia Iruzun, who will introduce Nazareth's life and work. We will see objects from Luiz Antonio de Almeida's priceless collection of pieces connected with Nazareth and the city of Rio de Janeiro, and we will enjoy a glass of wine as Clélia plays extracts from her new CD, .
