John Fletcher will be talking to us about his recent book Freud and the Scene of Trauma (Fordham University Press, 2013), with responses from Dr Emma Francis & Dr Christian Smith, and general discussion open to the floor. Please find attached a PDF of a short extract from this book, which elaborates the model of a Freudian 'scenography' of trauma; this will be helpful to read in advance of the seminar.
