Arts Faculty Seminar Series Welcome Evening
The Arts Faculty Seminar Series offers all students in the faculty the opportunity to present a paper on aspects of their work. The seminars aim to enable a greater understanding of research going on within the faculty at postgraduate level, facilitate meetings between students in an informal and relaxed environment, and give students the chance to develop their skills and confidence in preparing and giving conference papers. Roughly three seminars will be held each term, exact dates and times to be announced. An informal welcome evening is being held on Wednesday of week 2, 5-7, in the Wolfson Research Exchange to give people a chance to meet the organizers and other students over a glass of wine and nibbles, to ask any questions about the seminars, and to express an interest in presenting a paper during the coming year.
