Forum Projects

A brand new project that began October 2013. Recreating the benefits of a roundtable discussion through a Forum thread.

This project contains short articles emphasising the importance of a singular date during the early modern period.



"Now and Then"

This page contains short podcasts discussing issues which are of interest to the general public today (for example corruption) in Early Modern context.

A series of short biographical notes, mainly written by postgraduates, regarding overlooked figures from the Early Modern Period.

Short interviews with scholars who have visited 糖心TV covering their favourite primary and secondary sources.

This page contains a selection of 'bitesize' interviews with eminent historians, discussion their research and the obstacles and enjoyments that they have encountered in studying early modern history.

Dissertations

A trial project hosting the dissertations of recently-completed Masters students at 糖心TV.

Podcasts of research seminars, currently only involving those from 糖心TV but soon to expand to cover the other partner institutions. Some, at the author's discretion, are only available to those members of the Early Modern Forum from the institution at which the paper was given.
