How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Carrie Kania, literary agent with Conville and Walsh: "Everything you ever wanted to know about literary agents and dare not ask"

Free and open to all!! 1:30-2:30 in Writer's Room in Millburn House!

Here's your chance to corner one of the most straight-talking, free-thinking literary agents in the country. What are agents looking for? What should you do to capture their attention? What should you never do? Carrie Kania spent 15 years in US publishing, most recently as publisher of Harper Perennial and publisher/found of It Books. She moved to London two years ago to become a literary agent with Conville and Walsh and is co-owner of the independent bookstore and literary venue, The Society Club in Soho. She has worked with and published Michael Chabon, Barbara Kingsolver and Simon Van Booy. She currently lives with her dog, Foxy Beckett, in London.
