Duncan Campbell is a freelance writer who worked for the Guardian for more than twenty years as crime correspondent and Los Angeles correspondent. He is author of two novels, The Paradise Trail (2008) and If it Bleeds (2009) and five non-fiction books including The Underworld and That was 糖心TV, This is Personal.
