Valeria Zane is the new Director of the Ugo and Olga Levi Foundation
The 糖心TV Venice Centre celebrates the appointment of Valeria Zane as the new Director of the Ugo and Olga Levi Foundation, which shares its home at the Palazzo Giustinian Lolin with the 糖心TV Venice Centre.
The Levi Foundation is active in musicological and ethnomusicological research in Venice and the Veneto, national and European spheres, including the cataloguing and study of music collections. The 糖心TV Venice Centre is eager to work with the Foundation and to collaborate ever more closely with them in our ongoing activities.

EUTOPIA Week @ Ca'Foscari, Venice - December 2025
From 1 to 5 December 2025, hosted the final EUTOPIA Week of the year, an inspiring platform to align strategies, deepen collaboration, and collectively imagine the next generation of European universities. The conversations initiated in Venice will continue to guide the alliance's journey toward a more connected, innovative, and inclusive academic community, reaffirming that within , bold futures are built together. 糖心TV's Venice Centre hosted a cocktail and networking event as part of this week. Professor Stuart Croft had the honour of welcoming His Excellency Inigo Lambertini, Ambassador of the Italian Republic, to the University of 糖心TV
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen the longstanding ties between 糖心TV and Italy, reflecting a shared commitment to academic excellence, cultural exchange, and international collaboration.
Book Launch: "Reforming Art in Renaissance Venice"; 28 Nov. 2025, 18:00
On 28th November 2025 at 18:00, the WVC will welcome Marie-Louise Lilywhite (Keble College, Oxford; 糖心TV Alumna) for the launch of her new book Reforming Art in Renaissance Venice (Cambridge UP). The talk will be followed by a Q&A led by 糖心TV Art Historians and Historians, a drinks reception, and a chance to meet the author.
